Terms of Service

Upon paying me for a commission, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:► My Terms of Service
► You are at least 18 years old
► All owners of characters in commissions have agreed to the commission purchased
► I hold the right to decline a commission for any reason or if it goes against my own morals.
► I can cancel a commission at any time if a customer becomes unruly and hard to work with. This will result in a forfeit of any payments made.
►Invoices MUST be paid within 48 hours (unless spoken about otherwise) or your slot will be reissued.In your form or email, please also let me know the following, if applicable:
► If the piece is intended as a gift/should be held as a surprise until certain time.
► If you require completion before a certain date. I do accept rush work with a fee depending on how soon you need the piece, so please let me know what you need. See Rush Jobs for more info down below.Contact:
►To get in contact with me about a commission, I prefer that you email me. My email is linked on the Home page. You may reach me on other socials such as FB Messenger, Discord, and Telegram.Payment and Refunds:
►Commissions must be paid in full before I begin work on your piece.
►Payment plans are only accepted on pieces that are $200 or more, and require at least half down. The customer has 60 days to pay off the remaining portion. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the down payment and the cancellation of the order.
►Exchanges are accepted, as long as I have not already started on your piece. You will be credited towards another piece of art of similar value.
►Refunds are not accepted. All sales final.
►In the case something happens and I can not complete your art within 60 day past due, you will be refunded up to 90%. This only happens if I have failed to update you on any changes to my schedule in a reasonable time.What I Will NOT Draw

►All characters I own are open to getting commissioned NSFW or SFW with. The commissioner is expected to pay the additional character fee.References
►All commissions, except reference sheets, are required to have some type of visual reference, be it an actual reference sheet, or another piece of art from another artist. I also accept Second Life screenshots as long as they are a clear depiction of the character.
►I will not be held accountable if the provided reference is unclear or out of date. The reference you provide to me will be the one I look off of for details, markings, species specifics, etc.
►I will not browse through your gallery to try and fix any inconsistencies in the references provided.Uploading
►Only the commissioner(s) may repost the artwork to use in RP or character description with proper credit given. Other sites that post the art must give credit to me as the artist and claim the character isn't theirs.Copyright
►As the artist, I retain full rights to every image I produce and may use them for advertisements, as prints, and host in my galleries.Payment Options
►Payments are accepted only via online payment forms (not all online forms accepted) for all types of works unless you are ordering in person, where I will accept cash. No checks.Commission Process
►Quotes: A customer may come to me at anytime to request a quote. A quote will be valid for one month. After that time the quote can be reinstated but will have a small fee attached to it for my time. The only time the lifetime of a quote will extend past 30 days is if I say otherwise.
►I open commissions at the beginning of every month.
►Once payment is made, you will receive a time frame when I believe I will be able start your piece. If something comes up where I will have to move your commission back, you will be notified immediately.
►I will then sketch out your piece and send you a WIP. You may request changes during this stage before I move onto completing the piece. This is the only time you can request major changes. After the WIP has been approved the only changes I can make are color related ones. Any further WIPs will be an additional $5.
►Once all work is completed you will receive both the full resolution and a smaller size of your commission that you may post online.Time Limit
►My turn around time is anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks. All commissions purchased for the monthly queue that is open will be completed that month. (Example: If I take your commission for the month of June, it will be finished by the end of June unless stated otherwise).Rush Jobs
►I will take rush jobs for an extra fee. Extra fee can be between and additional 50-100% of final price depending on how quickly you need/want the piece. Reach out and we can discuss further.Private Commissions
►I can keep a piece unposted if commissioner pays an additional half of the final cost of the piece. I can post a piece as anonymous at no extra cost. To remove a piece from my gallery, the privacy fee must also be paid.Idea Change
►Exchanges are accepted, as long as I have not already started on your piece. You will be credited towards another piece of art of similar value.
►Upgrades are allowed if I have not started on the piece already. The difference between the old idea and new idea needs to be paid before I start.WIPs / Editting
►Do not edit my work yourself. Make sure your references are correct and that if I miss something you let me know immediately.
►If I miss/forget a detail or idea that was stated in the commission form or on the ref provided let me know and I will get the issue fixed ASAP.
►Details that were not listed in the form or on the reference might be missed and are not applicable to the above rule. Make sure you include everything you'd like to see in the piece.
►Additional details requested after the commission is accepted will incure an additional fee.

Reference sheets are the only type of commission that I will work off of a description for.⭒✮⭒ While I do work with adult subject matter everything will be censored in any examples throughout the site

Flat Color

Pieces are colored without shading and come with a single colored background. (Do note the background color is FREE)-Waist Up: $85+

Simple Shaded

Simple shaded pieces are lightly shaded and offer great atmosphere overall. Backgrounds consist of two colors with a texture of an added pop.-Price: $200+

Full Color

Full Color Pieces are carefully executed with special attention given to many small details that bring the piece to life.Price: $320+

Reference Sheets

Ref sheets are exactly that, references. Choose how many poses, head shots, accessories, and whether or not you would like a NSFW variation. Words do not cost extra but you need to tell me what you want it to say. Good examples would be age, species, height, weight, etc. If you do not include what you want your ref to say I will add just the name and species (if I am aware of what species your character is). All reference sheet commissioners will receive printer friendly versions of their commissions.Single Pose (Front pose Only): $120+

Adult work is not offered for this type of commission.

Badges are great to show off your created self, as well as collect after use. They can be customized to a specific con theme or to your own idea. Badges are laminated with durable high quality 10 mil lamination to preserve them for many years of use.Head Shot: $90+

Traditional full color pieces are offered in a variety of different sizes to fit your budget and are my favorite type of commission that I work with. They offer one of a kind elegance and are created with Copic markers, Micron pens and gel ink on high quality mixed media paper.4 by 6 inches: $80+
